Quality Inspection

Quality Control
Inspection
We take pride in our quality control and to ensure our products meet our strict standards, our machine operators take the time to inspect pieces from the beginning, middle, and end of the daily production line.  This is to ensure the dimensions of the finished product are consistent throughout the entire run and that if any deviations occur are caught quickly and rectified immediately.
IPQC (In Process Quality Control)
Not only do our operators conduct inspections on the products throughout the process, but we also have a second layer of quality control performed by our quality inspection personnel.  They perform inspections separate from the operators during the manufacturing process and monitor any changes that could result in a bad product.
FQC (Final Quality Control)
Once the batch of products have been completed, there is a third inspection conducted through random sampling of the finished goods.  The results of each inspection are kept in our records for future reference.
Inspection instrument- 2.5D Optical measuring machine
Through a non-contact precision measuring machine, the data of product

dimensions are obtained with accuracy. The level of precision elevates to 0.001 mm (1μm), which allows quality to be quantified in μ between expectation from client and implementation by BSP.

Inspection instrument- Optical image instrument
To implement comprehensive Voluntary-inspection and reduce measurement differences generated from contact instruments, BSP made a considerable investment in purchasing the optical instantaneous image instrument for rapid and accurate measurement of product dimensions. This completely avoided human errors on measurement and became the optimal response from BSP on products to clients.
